Leadership Education Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Education Program Manager. The ideal

candidate will support the design and implementation of a global Leadership program,

manage, and ensure the effective delivery of leadership development programs across

the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

●Project Management

●Plan, execute, and oversee leadership development projects from initiation to

completion.

●Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior

management.

●Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and manage multiple projects

●Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful

completion.

●Report on project status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership

●Support global leadership program design and development

●Collaborate with the Leadership Development Manager to define the organization

vision, goals, and curriculum.

●Research and integrate best practices and innovative/cutting edge approaches to

deliver impactful leadership development

●Supports the development of best practice leadership assessment approaches

including developing standards for use of psychometrics, 360

●Conduct assessments to identify leadership strengths and areas for development.

●Utilize assessment tools and techniques to evaluate leadership potential and

effectiveness.

●Provide feedback and recommendations based on assessment results.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational/Occupational Psychology, Human

Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

●Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within leadership development ,

training, or related areas.

●Strong understanding of competency modeling, assessment tools, and training

methodologies.

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

●Proficiency in project management software and tools.

●Experience working with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in leadership development/coaching or related fields.

Familiarity with digital learning platforms, immersive design approaches and e-learning

tools.
