Who We Are
DAVOS 100 is a nonprofit organization that is committed to enhancing the advocacy capacity of civil society organizations, philanthropies, and progressive companies. Davos 100 believes in addressing big problems and achieving large-scale systemic change. We do this by cooperating with cross-sector leaders and organizations, and lobbying governments. We provide our social innovation to support, in particular, the most vulnerable societies and to address intractable challenges.Prosperity starts by helping address the most vulnerable citizens’ living conditions and We believe that sustainability starts by fully developing the most vulnerable communities’ capacities.
Davos 100
Davos100 represents the most vulnerable citizens, particularly those in extreme poverty such as orphans, those children who were disabled by criminal injuries, and youth who have suffered violence We believe that sustainability starts from fully developing the capacities of societies has participated in numerous projects covering governance, public policies, and strategies in the social sector, and has spearheaded strategic initiatives. The programs have involved globally the most vulnerable citizens in most regions of extreme poverty, severe harm, violence, gender and caste inequality, and minimal human health services.These initiatives include early childhood development programs, government social care at the community development authority, humanitarian care, and the strategy for People of Determination.
Our Founder:
Dr. Tan has been involved with large organizations such as the UN, World Food Program, and Global healthcare organizations. She gained invaluable medical knowledge and training in dealing with specific diseases from the major hospitals. Her experience taught her the complex healthcare sector and brought her face-to-face with various patients, especially children suffering from disasters and diseases.
Dr. Tan has dedicated most of her life to the support of promoting early childhood development,education, healthcare for patients, and the life science field. She is a Global Social Innovation Impacts Leader from 2006-2021. She started a school for early childhood development and education in China from 2006-2014
